Gaygnole is a distillery like no other, born from the crazy idea of three easy-going and ambitious brothers - Gaëtan, Luca and Tim. They founded their distillery in the farm of their ancestors. A family affair!

The distillery's ambition is to become the most sustainable in Switzerland and this philosophy guides all their choices. It is in Souboz, a tiny village in a remote valley in the Bernese Jura, that the brothers distill their own gins and other specialties over a wood fire. To go further in philosophy, they cultivate their own botanicals such as coriander, juniper, angelica or elderberry.
